Homeowner comments: The house is the bottom unit of a duplex (which means that there is a unit upstairs also.) The house feels like a single story private home though. The washer and dryer is communal and is located in the garage. It is free to use. Garage cannot fit large SUV's. Best for small to medium cars. The house is kosher-friendly which means that kosher pots can be provided (only upon request.) This house can be rented as a 2 bedroom unit if a 3 bedroom unit is unnecessary for your group.
