One floor- top level accommodating up to 17 guests or as a two-level home that sleeps up to 40.Step inside the sky-lit entryway on the main floor and you will encounter the formal living room to your right.A comfortable wraparound couch in light grey leather welcomes you and your family as soon as you arrive. Put down your suitcases and start the tour!The sleek white-tiled modern kitchen is steps away and has a glass dining table that overlooks French doors leading out to the patio. With plenty of upper and lower cabinets. you can stay for a month and never worry about finding room to store all of your groceries. There is a large gas cook top and two brand new built-in ovens, and a French-door fridge with a two-drawer freezer. There are two sinks, a center island for easy meal prep, and a huge skylight over the table, deeming this kitchen practical, elegant, and spacious.Two bedrooms are on this side of the house, providing some privacy from the rest of the family. Both offer two twin beds and plenty of closet space. A half bath is situated nearby, convenient for those sleeping in these two bedrooms.Located a few steps off the kitchen, the dining room is large and roomy in size and can accommodate Shabbos meals or parties or for up to 40 guests with ease. Two skylights and an abundance of oversized windows on three exposures provide plenty of natural light. With plenty of room to eat and still allowing the little ones to play freely, it is the perfect entertaining area and its multipurpose use is a huge bonus. There is a table for candles and other Shabbos essentials. A utility closet is located in this room and houses the vacuum and general cleaning supplies.There are eight (8 ft) folding tables and 45 chairs as well as 5 baby high chairs. Leading off the kitchen from the other side is a large informal den. Sumptuous pale taupe leather couches gather you in as you take in the views of the beautiful backyard from the tall glass windows while basking in the warmth of the brick fireplace, a perfect backdrop for creating intimate family memories on those chilly winter nights. Directly behind this room is a large sun-room with sunshine pouring in from the oversized windows. This room has a daybed that can open up to sleep two guests. When it is time to retire for the evening, you have your choice of bedrooms, all large in size and elegantly outfitted.A long hallway leads you to the main sleeping quarters. Two bedrooms are located directly opposite each other with plenty of closet space in each. Both have two twin beds with one extra popup mattress and one room even has a futon for that unexpected relative who did not want to miss out on the fun. The furnishings are elegant and the window treatments and carpeting are of the highest quality.A full bathroom with a large vanity and a huge mirror is located directly near these two bedrooms, providing plenty of space for morning wash-ups for lots of kids at the same time. There is also a linen closet nearby where you will find spare bedding and extra towels. Continuing down to the end of the hall to an area that provides the most privacy, enter the master suite and get ready for some major pampering. The master bedroom has two queen-size beds and a couch that opens up as a hi-riser to sleep an additional two persons. Brown taupe-y grey tone is the color scheme in this and the other bedrooms and with the plush carpeting and sumptuous hotel-quality bedding throughout all of the bedrooms, you will feel enveloped in warmth and luxury no matter where you choose to lay your head down to sleep.The huge master bath area begins with a large walk-in cedar closet to store your clothing as well as your furs, if you choose to bring them along. Opposite that is a two-sink vanity area with plenty of room for both parents as well as some of the little ones to get ready for a day on the town, simultaneously!The actual bathroom is sunlit with its vaulted ceilings and skylight. A large sunken Jacuzzi tub invites you in for some blissful relaxation at the end of a day filled with touring the Jersey shore and shopping your way through Lakewood proper. If showering is your pleasure, you can choose that as well by using the separate oversized shower.If the number of guests warrants more space, take advantage of the lower level that has three additional bedrooms and one full bathroom. The three guest bedrooms in the lower level combined sleep 8 guests. This level also has a large den and plenty of space for rollaway beds, bunk beds and blow up mattresses that are provided. The lower level can sleep a total of 23 guests. We provide all linens and towels and everything is set up before arrival.
