The Shady Lane Villa is perfectly named to suit the beautiful wooded corner property you will encounter as you drive up the block. A huge lawn with lovely landscaping welcomes you to your vacation home, and if you sneak around to the back you can check out the barbecue grill and patio area that will be sure to occupy a lot of your time away from home. With only one step up leading into the house, open the front door and let the high domed ceilings greet you as you enter. The main room is an L-shaped living and dining area. Beautiful artwork grace the wall of the dining room and, with the LED recessed lights and the large dining room set, you can comfortably feed your of up to 10 for Shabbos and Yom Tov meals. There is a shtender and bookcase already set up with seforim, providing an immediate library for the man of the family to enjoy. A small buffet is stocked with Shabbos items, obviating the need to bring your candlesticks and tablecloth from home. The living area has a comfortable leather couch and there are sliding glass doors that lead directly outside to the backyard. The kitchen, directly opposite the living area, has plenty of cabinets and the color scheme is light cherry, with white appliances. There is a small eat-in table for informal breakfasts. Downstairs is a laundry area with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, and plenty of storage room for your suitcases. There is a stunningly tiled half bath right off the entryway, conveniently situated for pop-in guests to wash up in. The toilets throughout the home are European and provide an added layer of elegance to each washroom, uncommon in most American-built homes. The sleeping quarters are divided off from the living area with a glass door, providing an extra layer of privacy and added quiet for the little ones who have gone off to sleep early. Three bedrooms and two additional full baths accommodate up to 6 overnight guests, with one pack and play provided. The master suite has been outfitted with two queen size beds and is opulently decorated with “vant” headboard panels and pale gold and mirrored dresser and nightstands. This area has an abundance of natural light with its large windows. However, if you would like to enjoy some private outdoor time, there are glass-paneled french doors that lead directly out to the patio. A unique custom-built dressing area with mirror and makeup table separates the bedroom from its en suite bath. The full size bathroom is sleek with the stunning floral black and white tile throughout the oversized shower area and you have your choice of wall or ceiling jets to provide an invigorating experience no matter which option you go for. If you really want to indulge, turn on the sauna setting and close your eyes – you will be instantly transformed to a state of utter relaxation. The guest bathroom is tiled in glossy shades of grey and teals with hi-gloss penny-tiles on the floor and the bright teal glass-tiled wall catches your eye as soon as you enter the bathroom area. Two additional bedrooms have either full size or twin beds with dressers and mirrors, making either of them a comfortable option for other family members. As in the master suite, no expense was spared when it came to choosing the elegant bedding, giving you that hotel feel no matter which room you occupy for the night. The designer who outfitted the Shady Lane Villa had you specifically in mind when each decision was made with regard to style, space, and function. Once you check into your vacation property, you might not want to leave.
