Stepping up the six stairs and entering this semi-attached townhouse, you will be amazed to encounter such a large vacation home inside! Bright and airy, crisp and spotless, the Stirling Villa offers spacious rooms with lots of “bonus” spaces and is the perfect place to spend a long weekend or a Yom Tov. The décor is for the most part contemporary but there are accents of classic elegance wisely positioned in choice spots of the home. Immediately upon entering, you will notice the marble-tiled floors with contrasting dark mahogany wooden banister that leads to the second level. To the left of the entry foyer are two large closets with plenty of place to store your coats and suitcases, leaving more empty floor space for the kids to roam and explore their temporary home. A living room that opens into the formal dining room is to your right, and as the two areas are open to each other, inviting guests for Shabbos meals will be a breeze. The dining table easily seats up to ten and the comfortable leather couch is perfectly placed in the living room allowing for a folding table or two to be set up without having to move any furniture. Crown molding on the ceiling, chair rails on the walls, and recessed lighting strategically positioned above all add sophistication to the area. The palette is taupe and chocolate brown, accentuating the deep maple wood flooring of these two rooms. An office on this floor serves as the perfect spot for some quick “checking-in” but still allows you to be a part of the family fun. Continuing down the hallway toward the kitchen is a beautiful half-bath with pedestal sink to give the room an open and spacious feel. Directly after that is a huge laundry room with washer/dryer and plenty of space to hang the clothing you do not want to machine-dry. A few steps beyond is the brightly lit glossy white kitchen with stainless-steel accents and appliances, with a white milk-glass table and four soft-white leather chairs for breakfasts and lunches. A large area with lots of counter space offers two separate gas-burner cooktops and ovens, two each of dishwashers, microwaves, and stainless sinks, and a large French-door refrigerator. Add to this the wraparound counters in white quartz plus the abundance of upper and lower cabinets and separate pantry, and you have one serious kitchen to call your own for the duration of your stay. Off the kitchen is a playroom with sleeper couch and two large closets filled with toys and games for the kids. This area is perfect for rainy days when the children cannot play outside in the large shared backyard. On sunny days, everyone can sit out on the deck that is accessed by glass sliding doors just behind the eating area of the kitchen. With the barbecue grill, the wooded areas just beyond the property border, and the hi-back chairs waiting for you, family time will be “outdoor time” for a large portion of your stay. The sleeping quarters are located upstairs and they offer plenty of privacy and space for everyone in the family. The first and second bedrooms have been outfitted with two twin beds in each and large closets, and are close to the guest bathroom. This full bathroom with a tub is unique in that the vanity area can be separated from the rest of the room, ideal for anyone wanting to wash up while someone else is in the shower. A third bathroom has 48-inch beds and has private access to another guest bathroom that also opens to the hallway. A fourth bedroom has two twin beds plus a full-size crib, making this the room of choice for the young couple with their baby. A bonus laundry room with “mud sink” is in the hallway area, obviating the need to take the linens and clothes downstairs when it is time for washing. To the rear of the second floor is the master bedroom with two full-size beds and plenty of windows to bring in the natural light. A full bathroom, also with separate vanity area, is designated just for the occupants of this room so there is no need to share! The Stirling Villa is a vacation property that your family will love “coming home” to, time and time again.
